Canned soups are usually loaded with preservatives. Preservatives are a problem. Do you buy organic, non-GMO soy? I'm sorry you are in so much pain. Usually the only thing that works for me is to lie in a dark and quiet room until it passes. Sometimes a quick nap will work to rest the eyes. Only other thing to recommend is to stay away from caffeine, computer screens and the t.v. Try not to strain your eyes. Sorry to hear about the kitty too. I do hope you feel better soon!
