I didn't drink then so didn't take the tour, but remember reading about a bunch of dif kinds. The red apple they said compaired to flat tire (but I didn't think so) and was dark. I didn't taste any apple in it. I bet you have to sample it as you move it around? It must suck if you end up with a bad brew, or do you just have a party to get rid of it?
