Guest guest Posted May 21, 2005 Report Posted May 21, 2005 Hi everybody..... First chance to get to the library to use a pc for over a week now, and as I have my kids, I guess I will only be able to look at about a tenth of the messages before being dragged away......so what did I miss? Did anyone in the UK manage to go to the Viva show in Cardiff last Saturday? The queue to try the vegan food was so long that I gave up ( admittedly my wife and kidlets were with me, so couldnt hang around ), there must have been about 70+ people in front. There was vegan clothing/shoes belts, books , the lot!, I even managed to grab a sample of vegan cat food. If one of the shows comes near you I would recommend it, lots of vegans there , but also a lot of vegies and flesh eaters too. I hope it made them think. Can anyone recommend a suppliment with a balance of 3-6-9 EFA`s available in the UK?, and a supplier? Best get back to the 400 messages in my box.................
