I use Worthington FriChik - Great product that I use in so many things. We

love this!!!

http://www.kelloggs.com/cgi-bin/brandpages/product.pl?product=374 & company=41

I buy it by the case off of Amazon.com and at Adventist Book Centers(these

are around the world). To find a location near you click on the locator on

the side bar . While their food items are not listed on this site, they

carry all of the Worthington and Loma Linda Products, canned and frozen int

he health food section of their stores. You can call them on the phone to

find out all the wonderful products they carry in the health food section

that is a part of all their stores. www.adventistbookcenter.com We love

their frozen products, especially all the Meat Substitute Luncheon Meat

slices....... So good on a sub sandwich or just browned in a pan. Also I

sometimes dice it up small and put into gravy.

Amazon has free shipping on these products and no sales tax, along with

great prices. I love that and then there is no gas cost or time on my part

to get the products. Amazon makes it somewhat difficult to find these

products with a search on their site for some reason, but I have found if I

do a search on google for say... Fri-chik on Amazon it will give you a

link. Then mid page on that are other products they carry. If you click on

those even more will pop up in the middle section to click on.

These Cedar Lake Products are good too.

http://www.cedarlakefoods.com/ They are also carried by Adventist Book

Centers. Their dinner " steaks " are especially good, just heated up out of

the can, in their gravy.......

Here's my " Chicken " (mock) Noodle Potato Soup from the files. It is always

loved by those I share it with.

Chicken " Noodle Potato Soup

These measurements are flexible. I never measure when making this. This is

similar to

an Egg Drop soup too. This is comfort food for our family.

3 qt. water

6 potatoes diced(if I use Red potatoes, I don't peel them)

1 carrot, diced( I cut into matchsticks on my Mandoline)

3 stalks Celery, diced

1 onion, diced

12.5 oz can of Worthington Fri-Chik

4 T. Bill's Best Chic'nish Seasoning or McKay's Chicken like Seasoning

Salt to taste

8 oz. bag of thin(fine) Egg Noodles

2 eggs, mixed well

4 T. fresh Parley, chopped

Bring the water to a boil in a large pot. Rinse the diced potatoes to

remove excess starch. Add the vegetables to the pot of boiling water.

Drain the

broth in the can of Fri-Chick into the soup pot. Finely dice up the

Fri-chik. Add to pot along with salt, Bill's Best Chic'nish or McKay

Chicken-like seasoning. Simmer covered until the potatoes are tender, about

10 minutes. Add the fine egg noodles and well mixed eggs. Stir

immediately, so the eggs will be string like instead of clump. Add parley.

Cover and cook about 3 minutes longer. Serve.Enjoy,

Judy
