I'm a cashew nut freak too. You can never add too

many. You know I have a cashew cookie recipe and

everyone says, man, these are great did you add cookie

dough to the tasty cashews? LOL

Do you like macadamia nuts too???

This is a great idea. I make fried rice a lot and I'm not sure why I

never thought to add cashews or other nuts. Definitely have to try it

and report back.
