Guest guest
Thanks Fraggle, That is what I am talking about. I know a vegan diet is completly healthy. Only I think mine was not. I am used to having it all prepared for me and I am not doing a very good job preparing it for myself. Yes I agreee WOW chips, never again! I guess I just wanted some advice to expand my vegan diet on a budget. I do believe you need a good source of protein in your diet and lettuce won't give it to you. So beans and nuts and tofu. Which I neen to eat a lot more of. Doesn't your body feel like it's craving something that is lacking. I am not talking about meat or dairy it's more of vitamins you are not getting. Like if all I eat is pasta and rice I am not going to feel good bc I am not eating enough beans and tofu and just other types of food. And as for why i was in a seafood restaurant, being Vegan is a choice I have made not the people I socialize with. My boyfriend is a huge meat eater and he always tries my vegan stuff and is one of the few big suppoters and understands why I am vegan. But it is his coice not to be one and if he can accompany me to all my vegan places I can go with him to a reataurant of his choice. I know there is no way to live a completly enviormentally safe life in modern times. But you can try your hardest. Thanks fraggle you have been very helpful. Sorry if I seemed to get my panties all in a knot. It's hard to express exactly what you are talkin about if you can't hear the tone of the person.
