> you tellin me you never look fer a collar when yuo come across a lost dog, child, er prime minister???My advice to anyone finding a lost Prime Minister is to run in the other direction... they're potentially very dangerous, particularly if they feel threatened, bored, happy, sad... OK, they're just very dangerous however they feel....

I guess my inexperience with lost woolly-mammoths is showing here :-)

Hi Fraggle

> well..not like the earth can go on a diet..

You're not trying to claim that it's a thyroid problem, are you??? Or perhaps she's just "big boned"???? I blame McD****lds. No particular reason, but I reckon they're always good to blame!

> have you seen my lost mammoth by the way??

That's an unusual name for a mammoth... I'd have somehow expected it to be a bit more Siberian sounding :-)

I haven't actually seen a lost mammoth recently, but even if I did, with that hefty ocean between the US & the UK, I doubt it would be the same one... imagine how tough swimming would be with all that "wool"! (And why is it called "woolly"?... I'm sure they're not related to sheep!)

depends on yer perspective i guess..

a crocodile isn't very dangerous to a full grown bull elephant, er a mountain

i'm sure yer blair isn't very dangerous to..say..the sun...

tho..i wouldn't leave my kitten with him.. Peter Oct 12, 2004 10:40 AM Re: Climate according to the pentagon MUST READ info

Hi Fraggle

Nah - the media are way more powerful that Blair... I always feel that it's a rather damning indictment on the average British intelligence that the sun seem to be the most influential factor in most elections :-(

Hi Fraggle

> well..modrn elephants can swim...why not a mammoth??

Have you ever tried swimming in a woolly jumper? They tend to absorb the water and drag you down... and just think of the poor sharks... they'd get fur-balls :-)

Fraggle,

The thought of a little fury critter in self expanding swimming trunks gave me a chuckle.

Were they Tartan or some other tribe?

Have you lost a kangaroo?
