Guest guest Report post Posted January 14, 2007 We've had some R-rated noodles my brother sent me a couple of years ago. I finally figured out a way to use them. Here's the recipe: Zucchini Walnut Alfedo 10 oz. pasta 3 zucchini 1 cup garbanzo beans, cooked olive oil 1 huge onion, diced 1 portabello mushroom 12 cloves garlic, minced 1 quart water 1 cup walnuts 2 Tbsp. brewer's yeast 1/2 cup ground flax seeds 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar Soy sauce to suit taste Cook pasta in water until al dente. While pasta is cooking, saute onion and mushroom slices in olive oil. Add garlic when almost done. Put walnuts, water, brewer's yeast and flax seeds in blender and blend until smooth. Add soy sauce to taste. Mix drained pasta, zucchini, beans, sauteed onions and mushrooms in bowl. Add enough sauce to suit yourself. GB Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
