I use it within 3 days, it sure makes a wonderful

sandwich.

I like the frozen chik patties as well.

Maybe you might want to buy the patties and crumble

one up in your salad.

Don't be angry with life.

There are so many things to be happy for.

Cold, fresh water,

green leaves

and the eyes of good people.

After buying a Tofurky roast that was not tasting as I expected it

would, I did hesitate buying the Quorn. I couldn't believe how tasty

it is. I think you should eat it up by the 3rd day. Did it say on the

package? When I make one it's gone the same day so I don't know for

sure.

I think I've sandwiches from the leftover Quorn

roast for at least a week. I'm still living.

I have liked the other Quorn products that I have

eaten.

The Quorn company says three days.

I think they say that just to be on the safe side, but then again, just knowing

they say three days will make me feel uneasy eating it after that, even if I

knew it were fine.

LOL

Three days is pretty much what I stick by when it comes to any leftovers

(unless you freeze them, of course). I work in healthcare and one of our food

service workers told me the same thing....no more than three days to be on the

safe side.

I don't keep leftovers past 3 days. Better to be

safe.

Thanks all.

Today was day 3 of Quorn leftovers....better to be safe than sorry. I just took

a

microbiology class and am overly aware of microbes now : )
