Maybe you might want to buy the patties and crumble one up in your salad. I couldn't believe how tasty it is. I think you should eat it up by the 3rd day. Did it say on the package? When I make one it's gone the same day so I don't know for sure. I think they say that just to be on the safe side, but then again, just knowing they say three days will make me feel uneasy eating it after that, even if I knew it were fine. I work in healthcare and one of our food service workers told me the same thing....no more than three days to be on the safe side. Guest guest Posted December 27, 2006 Report Share Posted December 27, 2006 Made Quorn (chicken style) roast on Christmas day. My Quorn packet said eat within 24 - 48 hours!
