Grain-free Bagels

Found this recipe and I made some up tonight. I made 1/2 a batch plain and the

other 1/2 I mixed blueberries into. Had a blueberry one toasted with " butter "

and it was delicious! Tomorrow I'm going to buy some portabellos and have a

" burger " on one of the plain ones. Also have a blueberry with " cream cheese "

planned!

 

And people think I have nothing good to eat!

 

I have the goods! lol
