Guest guest Report post Posted May 13, 2010 Lemon Mash 800 g (36 oz) potatoes, peeled, chopped 1/4 cup vegan sour cream 40 g (1 1/2 oz) vegan margarine 3 green onions, thinly sliced 2 teaspoons grated lemon zest salt and pepper, to taste 1. Place potato in a large saucepan. Cover with cold water. Bring to the boil. Boil for 10 to 12 minutes or until tender. 2. Drain; return to pan. Mash until almost smooth. 3.
