Guest guest Posted May 11, 2010 Report Share Posted May 11, 2010 Corn Mash 4 large potatoes 1 cup corn kernels 1/4 cup hot milk of choice 20 g (3/4 oz) vegan margarine 2 finely chopped green onions 1 clove crushed garlic salt and ground white pepper, to tatse 1. Cook potatoes until tender. Drain. 2. Add corn kernels, hot milk of choice, margarine, green onions and garlic. Mash until almost smooth. 3. Season to taste with salt and ground white pepper.
