Guest guest
In a lentil-brown rice casserole, what could one use instead of yogurt? Rice milk wouldn't have any binding qualities, so should I use potato starch or flaxseed meal? Thanks DDP

Rice milk wouldn't have any binding qualities, so should I use potato starch or flaxseed meal? I would probably use tofu puree instead of yogurt in this recipe. To make, blend extra-firm tofu with a little bit of soymilk or rice milk. For added binding power, you could use potato starch, flaxseed meal, or garbanzo/fava flour. Guest guest
Could you not use on of the non-dairy yoghurts like ricera or turtle mountain coconut milk yoghurt? What about almondaise?
