Guest guest Report post Posted May 10, 2010 Sweet Tater Casserole (add extra cinnamon if you want, I do) 4 cups cooked sweet potatoes (yams) 1 cup sugar, granulated 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. butter, softened or margarine 2 eggs, beaten 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp.nutmeg 1 c. brown sugar 1/2 c flour(all-purpose) 1 c. chopped pecans 1/3 c. soft butter or margarine Combine potatoes,granulated sugar, vanilla, 1/2 cup butter, eggs, cinnom and nutmeg and blend well with electric mixer. Pour into casserole dish: set aside. Combine brown sugar,flour, pecans adn 1/3 cup butter and mix until it forms a crumb-like mixture.
