Thanks for sharing, this recipe sounds wonderful!

 

I'm a new member and I'm looking forward to hearing ideas for recipes and

pratical advice for being a vegetarian on the road. I travel for work at least

every other week, aywhere between 3 and 5 days a week. It's very difficult

sometimes to find good veggie food, as most people/places equate vegetarian with

salad and overcooked veggies. I find myself craving grains and beans and all the

great protein rich meals I can get at home. I was at a two day conference a few

months ago and they thoughtfully provided lunches and dinners for me - pasta

with veggies meal after meal, the only change was the type of noodle!
