Guest guest Posted April 13, 2008 Report Share Posted April 13, 2008 Stevia Coconut Ice Cream - Vegan 14 ounces coconut milk 1 cup water 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 teaspoon coconut extract 1/2 teaspoon pure stevioside 1/4 cup toasted chopped almonds (optional) 1. In a blender, combine coconut milk, water, vanilla and stevioside. 2. Pour milk mixture and nuts into an ice cream maker. Freeze according to manufacturer directions. 3.
