Isuppose it would depend on how many people you are serving. BBQ Flat Mushrooms with Tomato Chilli Jam Source: www.mushroommadness.com.au barbecued flat mushrooms Chilli Jam: grated fresh ginger crushed garlic canned diced tomatoes 1/2 cup sweet chilli sauce juice of 1 lemon 8 tsp brown sugar 1. Saute finely grated ginger and crushed garlic in a little oil until aromatic. 2. Add can diced tomatoes, 1/2 cup sweet chill sauce, juice 1 lemon and brown sugar. Simmer until thick. 3.
