The problem with high raw fat diets? In your own words....

Hey All -

I'm researching this.

I know that many say eat all the fats that you want on raw, and yeah,

the first month or two going raw, SURE, " as long as it's raw vegan " is

a big enough stretch for people. And some lose weight and feel great

this way... but some gain and don't lose, etc, digestion doesn't

improve 100%, just " a lot " ... What do you think?
