I've heard that the veggies like cabbage, cauliflower, kale, broccoli,

etc. are the hardest to digest.(produce gases) However, if you combine

Omega oils such as Hemp Oil, and flax and put some lemon juice with

them they are more digestible. We know that they are so healthy for us

and that they fight free-radicals in our body. (which prevent cancer

and many other unnecessary diseases) So try them shredded with salad

oil, lemon juice and seasonings to see if they work for you.

Hemp oil has the most balanced amounts of Omega 3 and 6. We use the

Living Harvest brand. (Don't be fooled by the name Hemp, there are two

types of Hemp and this one has no drug in it!) Check out the web for

sites on using hemp oil and hemp hearts (seeds).

I slice leaf vegetables (cabbage, kale, collards...) into very thin

strips, then add whatever seasoning occurs to me, and some black

olives chopped fine, and massage the moisture out of the greens until the

volume has been reduced by about 2/3. Then I stir in a little extra

virgin olive oil, because I like it that way (i.e., it is optional).

I let it sit for 1 hour up to 24 hours.

I have not had any problems with digesting this.

Non-raw people like it (that is my taste test)
