Guest guest Posted December 9, 2007 Report Share Posted December 9, 2007 WHITE PISTACHIO FUDGE 1 1/2 lbs. white chocolate 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk 1 tsp. almond extract green food coloring 1/4 cup shelled, blanched, peeled, & chopped pistachios In top of double boiler, mix chocolate with condensed milk over boiling water till melted. Remove from heat; stir in extract and a few drops of food coloring. Add nuts and mix. Spread mixture evenly on wax paper lined 8x8 " pan. Chill 2 hours. Turn fudge onto cutting board.
