Guest guest Posted November 9, 2007 Report Share Posted November 9, 2007 WALNUT EGG DIP 1 (8 oz.) pkg. light cream cheese, softened 1 (8 oz.) carton light sour cream 2 tbsps. vegetable oil 2 tbsps. lime juice 1 tbsp. chili powder 1 tbsp. ground cumin 1/2 tsp. salt dash pepper 6 hard cooked eggs, chopped 1 cup walnuts. chopped 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped Beat together cream cheese, sour cream, vegetable oil, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper until smooth. Stir in eggs, walnuts and onion. Mix well. Cover and chill to blend flavors. Garnish with tomatoes and black olives if desired. Serve with tortilla chips. Makes approximately 4 cups.
