Guest guest Report post Posted January 22, 2007 Chocolate Surprise 1 cup all purpose flour 1 stick margarine, melted 1/2 cup nuts, chopped 8 oz. creme cheese, softened 1 cup powdered sugar 1 cup frozen nondairy whipped topping 8 oz. instant fudge pudding 3 cups Pepsi 1 cup powdered milk cherries for garnish (optional) Combine flour, butter and nuts and press into greased 9 " x 13 " baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, then cool. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and whipped topping. Spread over first layer and chill. Mix pudding, powdered milk and Pepsi. Beat with wire whisk until thick. Spread on top of cream cheese layer and chill. When ready to serve, cut into squares, top with whipped topping and cherries, if desired.
