I did the " analyze recipe " on it at www.calorie-count.com and if using the reduced fat Pillsbury crescent rolls, there is only around 164 calories per roll. For my husband and for me, one roll, some steamed veggies and fruit will be an entire meal. (Which will be under 400 calories total.) I'll be making these for Sunday's evening meal! Thanks much!!!! Jeanne in GA PS: the roll itself got a bad food grade at C- but the spinach filling got a B+, which averages out to a B. Not bad!!
