Vegetable Pizza with Cornmeal Crust

 

INGREDIENTS:

cornmeal crust

2 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil

1 clove garlic, finely chopped

1 teaspoon dried basil leaves

1 package (16 ounces) frozen broccoli, red peppers, onions and mushrooms,

thawed

2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese (8 ounces)

 

1 Prepare cornmeal crust.

2 Mix oil, garlic and basil. Spread vegetables over baked crust. Sprinkle with

cheese. Drizzle with oil mixture.

3 Bake at 425 F. 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and vegetables are

hot.

I'm sure everyone but me knows: but how do you make a " cornmeal [pizza]

crust " ? :)
