White Chocolate Chip-Macadamia Nut Pancakes

Here's another of my favorite pancakes.

White Chocolate Chip-Macadamia or Hazel Nut Pancakes

 

2 C Sifted all-purpose flour

3/4 t baking powder

1 1/4 t soda

2 eggs beaten

2 C buttermilk

1/4 C melted unsalted butter

1 pkg. whte choc chips

1/2 C chopped, toasted

Macadamia nuts or roasted hazelnuts

 

Sift dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients except

for nuts. Drop by 1/4 C measure onto lightly greased

griddle, spreading batter slightly. Sprinkle with

nuts. Flip when browned. Serves 4-5

Garnish with berries or syrup of choice.
