Guest guest Posted October 14, 2006 Report Share Posted October 14, 2006 Vegetarian Pot Pie Refrigerated commercial pie crust for 2 crust pie--NO LARD 1- 16 oz bag frozen mixed vegetables 1- can condensed mushroom, or potato soup Sauted minced onion, garlic, and celery to taste Water to thin veggie mixture Line bottom of pie plate with crust. In mixing bowl, combine soup, mixed vegetables and sauted vegetables. Thin with water to desired consistency. Pour into prepared crust, cover with top crust and pinch crusts together along top edge. Make slits in top of crust with sharp knife or poke a few spots with tines of fork. Bake according to directions for crust.
