Can evaporated milk or 1/3 cup 12 oz pkg semi sweet choc chips, or butterscotch, or peanut butter. If using peanut butter chips you need to add some peanut butter to it. only about 2 ozs. 10 oz jar marshmallow creme 1 cup chopped nuts 1 teaspoon vanilla Combine sugar, butter and milk in buttered large glass bowl. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave 10 minutes on medium high or roast for 5 to 8 minutes or until mixture forms a ball in cold water. Watch close for boiling over. Stir in choc. chips until melted. Fold in marshmallow creme, nuts and vanilla. Pour into buttered 13 x 9 inch pan. Chill until firm. Cut into squares. Makes about 75 fudge squares. I like to put red or green chocolate chips in the mix to make different colors. I imagine that you could use food coloring to which it what Im going to try this year.. My mother ask for this every year. Everyone loves it and its really easy to make. It can be used for as many Holidays as you like.
