When a member sends informative info it's all for the good. I

appreciate seeing in here and VG.

I also had someone send it to me at home on my personal email, a

friend that isn't in any .

You go on being the gem you are.

By the way, coffee knocks my hyper self right out.......LOL

Thanks. Many times these good articles get passed around on many lists and

between friends. I sure can't hardly believe the way it makes you sleepy.
