Please, do all that you can to inform / educate the public - they either do not know, and/or do not want to believe.

 

Keep doing all that you can for all the precious "creatures" who have no voice , who suffer so at the hands of "humans"

Petland has no defense against the fact that they buy from puppy

mills and lie to their customers about it, so they've attempted to shoot

HSUS work against puppy mills in 2008, of which the Petland

our Petland expose. Nothing could be further from the truth. When

specifically associated with the Petland investigation.

The "open letter" goes on to allege that Petland has called upon

the HSUS to report the "substandard" facilities it investigated

to the USDA, but it misses the point of our report: The USDA itself

has already visited these facilities, has found multiple deficiencies

again and again at many of them, and has allowed them to remain licensed.

Petland, in turn, has continued to buy from many of these facilities

despite the availability of USDA reports indicating their

deficiencies.

We are sorry to see that Petland continues to attempt to mislead the

public into believing they don't support the puppy mill industry.

You can help get the word out by continuing to do what you've been

doing for years!!
