Salad dressing and gastritis aka tummy ache

I had stopped buying salad dressing a long time ago and instead used fruit or

raisins and feta cheese. I got out of the salad habit due to job situation but

started up again two weeks ago when switched my beans and sweet potato for salad

at lunch. I also found some fat free dressing at grocery store to help me make

salads a daily habit again since cheese is now off the list. So I had been

doing just leafy greens and either cauliflower or broccoli with a bit of

dressing. Nice and simple but satisfying.

Now for the last week I am been having terrible stomach pain that I recognized

as gastritis which hospitalized me a time or two when I was a kid. I looked up

and vinegar indeed can cause gastritis. So if you are having pain in the tummy,

try giving up the vinegar. I hope this helps someone else.

thats only white vinegar

which should only be used for cleaning windows

apple cider vinegar will actually cure gastritis

bottled salad dressing also has preservatives, flavor enhancers, and tons of

sodium in it

Ive had ulcers since I was seven years old, I like tahini with fresh lemon juice

and liquid aminos, sometimes add fresh garlic and ginger or fresh tarragon, or

holy basil
