Shirataki Noodles

Hi All,

 

I have been a vegan now for about three months:)! I made the gradual

transition from vegetarianism....spent a number of years as a vegetarian.

 

Anyway, I am just wondering if anyone here eats the Shirataki Noodles.

My husband and I buy them from Whole Foods. He has been brave enough

to try them...but I want some reviews and recipes first. He says they

taste rubbery...but for
