Guest guest
I should have read your message before posting my own. You beat me to it. Isn't that site great? Even though I was doing nearly everything right and exercising like crazy, I held steady at one weight (which was overweight for me) for a solid year. Then I did a raw food detox for seven days and dropped five lbs. When I hit those plateaus I do it again and drop a few more lbs. Lots of fruit and veggies, but no grains for a few days. I've gotten a lot of help at www.therawdivas.com. Read their blogs and perhaps do the free 7-day detox as long as your doctor and/or nutrition approves. You might want to check it out. It also sounds like you are probably struggling because of your illness. Be gentle with yourself, Dear One. I evenn printed out several days to take to my appointment with the dietitian recently. She couldn’t see any problem with what I was eating. Planning your summer road trip?
