Guest guest
In today's Contra Costa Times there's a review of a new book called "The Niman Ranch Cookbook" Here's a great opportunity to write a letter to the editor on what's still wrong with eating "Free Range" and "Sustainable Produced" meat. The reviewer skirts around the vegetarian issue and calls the book "the handbook for the enlightened carnivore". They go on to say "[the book] is filled with photographs of "happy cows" and ruddy-faced cowboys and ranchers, and is peppered with up-close-and-personal stories of some of the farmers who make up the Niman family."
