Fundraiser at Maple Farm Sanctuary

 

Please join us for a day of fun and solidarity at Maple Farm

Sanctuary!

 

Please join us on Sunday, October 22nd to help support MFS. It will

be an afternoon of good food, good music, activities for the kids and

an opportunity to commune with nature, each other and of course the

animals!

 

October 22, 2006 (Raindate: October 29th)

 

Time: 12:00p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

 

Location: 101 North Ave, Mendon, MA

For a $10.00 donation per adult (children under 12 free) you can come

and picnic in the fields behind the barn (bring your own lunch and

blanket or chairs). There will be " some " sandwiches as well, but make

sure you get there early as we may run out!

 

There are lovely views all around and you might even see a llama or

two!

 

The price of admission includes: Desserts, Hot Chocolate, Sodas, and

Juices as well as all the ingredients to make smores by the fire.

 

In addition to all of the yummy food, you will also have all the

autumn atmosphere you could hope for (bales of hay, pumpkins, and no

doubt beautiful foliage, etc.)

 

We are pleased to announce that Kyle Vincent has generously offered

to " Croon by the Campfire " for us. He's a fabulous artist and we are

thrilled that he has accepted our offer to join us! Please visit his

There will be hourly, scheduled tours to meet the animals and hear

their stories. We're sure the kids especially will want to meet the

animals up close. So make sure you sign-up for a tour when you check

in.

 

Free parking available at the sanctuary.

 

Please consider purchasing tickets in advance via our " make a

donation " button on the home page to assist us in determining

quantities of foods, desserts, etc. If you choose to purchase tickets

in advance, please make sure to note in the comments section that

your donation is for the October 22nd event and give us your full

name. You will not receive a ticket, but we will have your name on a

list when you check in the day of the event.
