Will you have the body plasma screen for the Chapeau demo on the 17th?

It was too heated. WE learned a lot from this one. We must maintain control, for open communications...our trying to be heard above the owner (as he repeatedly hammered " get Out " ) elevated everything to a much rowdier encounter than we wanted. We will NOT become angry or confrontational...but loud, firm and to the point....and we also learned to not let the owner get too close to the text you are reading...I was not expecting him to grab it from me!

The good news is that we were able to leave on each diners table either a FG leaflet or a photo of an ephixiated duck I had copied from www.nofoiegras.org <http://www.nofoiegras.org/> with very simply that web address printed on it. Kate said she watched each of them as they folded them and left them on the table or under their plates, as if they intended to read later. We also were able to verbalize the web address repeatedly as we left the restaurant. so that some may browse later.

We promised to be back...and went to dinner at Herbivore...

Chapeau is at 1408 Clement St SF. Iwould like to ask as always that we call Chapeau,

415) 750-9787make a reservation. for 4 people (max before the credit card requirement) and then 15 mins after the reservation time call and ask for Mr Gardelle, (I believe he is chef too) and tell him you are canceling and why...ast as just the general public...you heard about it , you can't support it and you are not going to the restaruant again until it is refused from their menu.

9/7 11:30 Am (bus in...no parking!!!) Aqua Demo-posters, leaflets, props, bull horn in front of restaurant..(this guy is part owner of Sonoma Foie Gras!). WE have been there twice now. getting more and more hard hitting with them. 9/17-4:30 PM-Chapeau-Demo -posters, leaflets, props, bull horn . 9/25 French Laundry-Demo- Yountville- details to follow -posters, leaflets, props, bull horn
