¨ Cool, nonsmoking housemates (!!) who are friendly, responsible, communicative and pull their own weight

¨ Medium to large bedroom

¨ Large closet

¨ Direct sunlight in bedroom

¨ Wood floors (no carpet at all, please)

¨ Shared living room & good-sized kitchen

¨ Conservation/recycling conscious household

¨ Washer/dryer in house

¨ Backyard
