Guest guest
I don't know much about the Omega 3 fatty acids. In my experience, the kinesiologist first found I needed flax seed, then later after months of adding flax to my diet, he said I didn't need the flax seed, but a marine lipid concentrate supplement, which provided EPA and DHA. My question would be, where do the fish get it from? They would have to ingest something which would provide it or they would have a deficiency also. And if they got it from eating other marine life, then the other marine life somewhere down the food chain would have to get it from a plant source. I have always been thin, it is a trait I inherited from my dad. There is no way, no matter how much I eat that I will get overweight. Therefore, I wonder if my digestion can properly assimilate fats, which could lead to a deficiency in essential fatty acids.
