When you say " so many " , how many do you know with bad teeth? I'm curious. What is 'bad teeth'? Are they black, or falling out, or....? I can tell you my experience. Last summer (like this summer), all my body wanted predominantly was luscious summer fruits and berries. yummmm. I was also adding lemon juice to my salads and other things. By my next 6-month dental check up, a few of my teeth were too sensitive near the gums to be cleaned. Now, mind you, for the previous 2 years (four check-ups), I was getting increasing astounding dental reports---hardly any plaque to remove, etc. Sooooo, I backed off on citrus and increased the greens and green drinks. It took about a year, but I'm back to normal again---AND eating luscious summer fruits and berries. Yes, I've begun to even add lemon, but not daily. It's working! Also, I'm re-mineralizing my teeth and my body with liquid ionic minerals. I'm taking Water of Life, a daily tonic of 84 ionic minerals. You can pick this up at my next potluck if you are interested. Also, check out my new website at www.glowinghealth.org Also-- I now have a WIDE variety of Gopal's power sticks. They are great to keep in the car or backpack for a quick snack. See you all soon--- Peace and blessings, Linda >
Guest guest
I always feel lemons corroding my teeth. I think I lost some enamel while I was getting lemons by the box. I think it's important to get tree-riped, good quality/high brix citrus. I can feel the low brix ones corroding my teeth but not the high brix ones.
