I am ready to accept the challenge with a coconut water fast I must admit that my fasting background is limited to 24 hours at a time. MANY years ago I used to fast one day a week with miso broth. I am ready to purchase a case or perhaps more to enable me to fast for several days- I've invited David, my (SAD addicted husband) to attempt this as well.
