Greetings Family,

 

This is a perfect example of when being

spirit led makes all the difference. And thereby eating consciously.

 

How much has modern science (and its

empirical data) has helped you over the years? J Keep your own data by asking yourself after each meal or snack or

drink:

 

-How do I feel? Energetic? Vibrant? Tired?

Hyper/Jittery? At peace?

 

-How do I really want to feel?

 

-How vibrant is my skin/hair?

 

-How are my bowels (Do I get at least one

movement for EVERY time I eat per day?)

 

-How is my countenance? Do I exclude

peacefulness and happiness? Am I overly aggressive, competitive or

argumentative?

 

 

-Do I feel giving and selfless---not

needing anything in return (even credit or acknowledgement)?

 

-How would my significant other say I

treat them? This is chock full of insight! About you and them. Do they say I am

listening and receptive? Committed to them or a mutual project? Know how to

really apologize? Do they say I am fair and jovial… especially in the

face of potential stress or conflict? This can apply to

co-workers/employers/customers as well.

 

On the radio for the past 6 years here and

in NY, I have asked the listeners to participate in some form of cleansing

and/or fasting on the change of seasons (equinoxes/solstices). It’s eye

opening and amazing to hear the stories folks have of what manifests (or

dissipates) in their lives on a spiritual/emotional level when there is a

physical housecleaning. I would recommend keeping a journal with just a word or

2 on how you feel during the day. Then you can go fro what you KNOW. Really.

 

Hey, I just had a golden kiwi and I feel

warm, tingly and EXCELLENT! Think I’ll give my baby and husband a big

kiss.
