It was great being with so many beautiful and love-ful people. Lynda is definitely the good vibe lady. I really really enjoyed myself and learned a whole lot in the process. I can't thank Lynda enough for sharing her love/talent/food/self with us and for Ron and Elaine for being such incredible hosts. Also to Pam for her awesome fasting and sprouting tips. We'll be moving to VT in mid-august and you all are welcome with us. I am staying on this list because I need to stay connected with you guys. (Keep the trips to Jamaica happening, too!
