In February 2004, there is a HEALING RETREAT scheduled for

President's Holiday. The highlight and featured host is non other

than Aris La Tham. Aris was born in Panama of African and West

Indian descent, a family of culinary masters. He became a vegetarian

30 years ago during the " Back to land movement " he came to realize

that the natural food of man was raw foods and so after worldwide

study developed his own " Sunfire Cuisine " eating raw foods without

cooking, he now shares this art with us all.
