I'm happy to say I have a kitchen full of the " right stuff " (thanks to this list, farmer's markets, tupperware and Whole Foods:) Now, I have a new question. I love salads and fruits and the light feeling I get from them. My problem comes when I work out. I don't feel like i have enough carbs or calories or something to keep me going. Does anyone have good advice on what a good (and preferably easy) pre-work out snack is? Something about protien bars just don't seem appealing anymore. Thanks so much!!!
