Hello everyone,

I have been getting alot of questions about whether or not it is true that

David Wolfe is going to be teaching at the Ann Wigmore Institute in PR. So

I thought that I would post all the details to the list directly and save

repeating the same info over and over again.

YES. It is true that David Wolfe is coming down to teach at the Ann Wigmore

Institute in Puerto Rico, but he will only be here during one twelveday

Living Foods Lifestyle Certification Program: The one that runs from

February 8th until the 21st. His classes will not be separate but be

integrated into the standard Wigmore curriculum: living foods cultivation,

preparation, and healing application; Sprouting; Composting; Conscious

Living Transformation; Hands on Healing; Meditation;and all the the rest.

The classes run through most of the weekdays, morning through evening with

parts of the afternoons and all the weekends free for enjoying the beaches.

All live meals, juices, snacks, rejuvelac, etc. are included in the

tuition. Special therapies, massages, colonics are extra.

The Wigmore Institute is in the NorthWest corner of Puerto Rico (which you

may or may not know is in the Caribbean and is a United States territory)

and is located right on the beach. It is about 10 minutes from Rincon which

is one of the surfing capitals of the Caribbean. The weather for this time

of year is in the 80's with nightly lows around 65. There are usually

pretty cheap flights from Newark to Aquadilla and Mayaquez, and the

institute provides a free airport shuttle from there.

I hear that most of you back up in the States are freezing your buts off.

So if you want to warm up in the tropics and get your Living Foods

Certification under David Wolfe, come on down!

(FYI: They are getting really booked because of the weather and Wolfe, so

if you want to be in the program with him, you better reserve sooner than

later. Don't blame me if you can't get in.)

OK, I think that's everything... Oh wait, their website is

www.annwigmore.org and their reservation line is (787) 868-6307. I hope

that helps all those folks " Who just gotsta know! "

Peace, love, and life,

Tom
