don't believe it is a food intended for you. All animals go by taste and

so should we. At times certain foods will taste better than others. That

could mean you need more of the nutrients in that food.

Roger & all--

This leads me to my question about flax. I grind 2 Tablespoons of flax

seed in a coffee grinder, stir it into a cup of water and down it. It

tastes BAD! To me it tastes like plastic. All the raw foods are so

delicious, but this ESSENTIAL omega-3 is not tasty. Why is that I wonder?

From what I understand you get more than enough omega 3's from fruits

and green leafy vegetables. Several of the international health

organizations claim that we only need about 3% of our total daily

calories coming from fat.

I get about 8% of my calories from fat, even if I am only eating fruits

and vegetables. The nutrition equation is quite different when eating a

healthy raw food diet.

Do You Have These Problems With Your Raw Food Diet?

1. You fear that you aren't getting enough nutrients like protein,

calcium, and B12.

2. You have been eating raw but aren't getting the results you expected.

3. You fear eating fruit because of its sugar content and hybridization.

I'll resolve these problems, myths and misconceptions for you with a
