Guest guest Posted December 29, 2001 Report Share Posted December 29, 2001 I would suggest papaya. I've been enjoying the large Mexican Papaya recently. Also do not combine fruits and vegetables. I always try to eat 'fruits only' for my first meal of the day, and then wait at least one hour, preferably two, before eating other foods. <br><br>Also try mangos, if you can find some good ones.<br><br>Eat melons alone; do not eat with other fruits or foods.<br><br>Try going on a water or fruit fast for a day or two. The powdered kuzu root is good for the intestine.
