Yesterday I had three avocados, a cup of cashews,

a few brazil nuts, banana and orange for breakfast.

Today I had a big salad (spinach and romaine lettuce

leaves, sprouts, carrots, basil, mushrooms) with about a

1/4 cup of almond butter orange dressing. And I had

an avocado. Then a few dates, a banana and an

orange. I get the unhulled tahini. And all nuts I get are

raw. I also get cold pressed extra virgin olive oil

and use it in making dressings sometimes. I tried

drinking a half cup of it with a little lemon juice and it

made me feel icky.
