Addition to Welcome Message

In order to clarify a point of netiquette, I have made an addition to the

welcome message.

 

" Some lists consider it bad " netiquette " to forward posts without the

author's permission. On this list, however, as one of our purposes is to

disseminate information, our policy is to assume that anything posted here

already has permission for forwarding - unless the author specifically

requests otherwise. But, if the author makes such a request, please respect

it! "
