Whole Wheat Pastas

Hi! Does anyone have a recipe for whole wheat pasta? Nearly most of the

health food stores I frequent in my area don’t carry it. I have been given

a pasta machine for an early Christmas present, so I can now make my own –

only I’m not certain how to begin. I thought I’d begin by using my manual

pasta gadget and work up to the pasta machine.

 

Any ideas? Thanks!
