My stomach is turning! probably to find out again and again how much petroleum an otter can stand... actually, they probably test pesticides is my guess..Shell markets a whole range of "garden" products here better living thru chemistry and..on that note..i want to say i spent a good part of my weekend expanding me garden..i about doubled its size(ripped up the nasty lawn)...and, there are twice as many bees and other polinators this year as compared to last year, at least...(i theorize that whomever lived here before me used a whole ton of pesticides, because i think i saw all of 3 bees in my yard last year..) as long as i win some small victories every once in awhile fraggle Quote

We even leave some nettles for the caterpillars (it's also good to make a fertiliser with). We haven't used pesticides for years.
